Rule 94
This Regulation shall apply
(1) According to section 34 of the Act, this regulation shall be applicable in the case of matters other than the provisions related to the permit, even in the case where the Government of Nepal itself has produced or developed electricity.
(2) This regulation shall be applicable to persons or organized organizations that produce, transmit or distribute electricity up to 1000 kilowatts in the case of matters other than the provisions relating to permits.
